My Chakan

This application provides a digital platform for citizens in the Chakan area to submit and track civic complaints related to municipal services. It allows residents to conveniently report issues without needing to visit the municipal office or go through lengthy paperwork.

Users can submit complaints related to various departments such as Encroachment, Illegal Construction, Illegal Hoarding, Law, Accounts, and other civic services. Once a complaint is registered, it is forwarded to the relevant department where the responsible officers review the issue and take the necessary action.

The assigned Field Officer investigates the complaint and updates the status accordingly, while the Head of Department (HOD) supervises the resolution process. System activities are monitored by the Chief Officer (CO) to ensure proper tracking and handling of complaints.

Citizens can attach photos when submitting a complaint. These images may include location information through geotagging, which helps authorities identify the location of the issue more accurately.

This system enables citizens to submit complaints, track progress, and follow up on issues in a convenient and organized manner. The digital process helps improve transparency and ensures that complaints are properly recorded and managed.
