Agendara is a calendar-aware task planner. Tell it what you need to do and how long it takes — it works out when to do it by reading the meetings already in your calendar and slotting work into the gaps you actually have.

Most to-do apps give you a flat list. Most calendars only know about meetings. Agendara bridges the two: every task carries an effort estimate, and the scheduler turns those estimates into time-blocks that respect your real availability, your work hours, your deadlines, and your priorities.

PRIVACY-FIRST

Calendar access is read-only by default. Your data lives in your account and can be exported as a ZIP or deleted at any time from the web app. Reminders sync runs locally on your device — Agendara never stores the content of your reminders on its servers.

PREMIUM

A Premium subscription unlocks Google Calendar sync, Apple Calendar (CalDAV) sync, Projects, AI milestones, and Apple Reminders sync. Free users keep the core planner with iPhone calendar event read access and unlimited tasks.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Agendara Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
