PRIVACY FIRST Your tasks stay on your device and sync only through your own iCloud (private CloudKit). AI planning is a pass-through to a language model — your content is never stored or logged. No tracking, no ads.

SUBSCRIPTION Horae Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.

AI PRIVACY: Only after you explicitly allow it, Horae sends the task content needed for AI breakdown, refinement, or ordering through the Horae AI Gateway to Alibaba Cloud Bailian / DashScope Qwen models. Without consent, or after you revoke it, the app uses local planning and local ordering only. Horae's gateway does not persist task titles, notes, or step content.
