KEEP A SMALL NOTE Start with an emotion label or a few words. You do not need a polished journal entry.

FOLLOW YOUR FEELINGS OVER TIME Add later experiences and changes to the original note. A chronological tree lets you look back without replacing how you felt at the time.

TURN A CONVERSATION INTO A JOURNAL AI chat suggests emotion labels and short notes from what you share. Follow those notes in your conversation journey and change emotion labels yourself. AI interpretations are suggestions, not diagnoses or verdicts.

FIND WORDS FOR A REPLY When you want to decline or ask for time, create a reply suited to your situation. Edit it and copy it when ready.

RETURN AT YOUR OWN PACE Weekly reflections and optional reminders help you revisit your notes. iPhone notification permission is required. Check the next reminder and send a test notification in Settings.

PRICING Manual notes, reading your history and on-device weekly reflections are free. Each AI chat reply, generated reply or analysis uses 1 credit. Start with 20 credits. Free includes 5 credits per month, Standard 50 and Premium 200. Additional credit packs are available. See the purchase screen for local prices and renewal terms. Daily, monthly and service-wide AI limits apply. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store settings.

PRIVACY Your journal is stored on your device. When you use AI features, your input and relevant conversation or journal context are sent through Cloudflare to Anthropic. The app explains this and asks for consent before AI transmission. Personal information filtering is imperfect; leave out unnecessary personal information. Reporting an AI response sends only the selected response and your reason. There are no ads.

Boundary is a journal and reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or determine another person's intentions or whether they are right.
