ToxiGuard is an AI communication wellbeing app: it spots toxic patterns in your chats, rewrites reactive messages before you regret them, helps you know yourself better through tests and practical exercises, and walks you calmly through your family system.

— ANALYSE SCREENSHOTS — Upload screenshots from WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram or any chat. ToxiGuard uses on-device OCR to extract the text (the image never leaves your iPhone) and produces a visual report: toxicity level, dominant pattern (manipulation, guilt-tripping, passive aggression, gaslighting) and the most loaded quotes.

— REWRITE MESSAGES — Type the message you are about to send. ToxiGuard analyses how toxic it is and offers two clear, respectful alternatives in two tones: casual or professional. Copy with one tap.

— PERSONAL TEST — Six self-reflection areas with 20 questions each: psychological, thinking patterns, reasoning, relationship patterns, equality and respect, and manipulation and honesty. Every result gives you a clear reading and the tools that match how it went. Questions rotate, so retaking a test is not the same test again.

— TOOLS YOU ACTUALLY DO — Not a list to read: guided 4-7-8 breathing with a timer, a four-step thought record, reality testing with a review date, two-column exercises and timed practices. Every session is saved so you can see how you are progressing.

— FAMILY CONSTELLATION — A guided journey through the three levels of your system: individual, family and transgenerational (up to four generations), and the greater level. You lay out your map of figures — including those who were excluded and those with difficult fates — and each level is read against the three orders: belonging, hierarchy and balance. With history to see how they evolve.

— SPEAK AND DICTATE — Talk naturally and listen to the answer. Any field in the app can also be dictated, in all seven available languages. Integrated with Siri Shortcuts and the system voice you prefer.

— PRIVACY BY DESIGN — • OCR of your screenshots and speech recognition run on your iPhone. Images never leave the device. • Text is only sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI, USA) with your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time in Settings › AI Privacy. • No user account. • Optional Face ID lock. • Delete all your data with one tap. • Optional iCloud sync to keep your reports, tests and constellations across your devices.

— IMPORTANT — ToxiGuard is not a psychology service. The tests and the Family Constellation are self-reflection tools: they do not diagnose, do not rule anything out and do not replace professional care. Family constellation has no scientific backing as a treatment; here it is used only as a frame for organising your thoughts. If something worries you, talk to a professional.
