ResearchRendezvous (R&R) was built to change that. R&R is a free mobile platform that connects researchers around shared ideas, not just shared institutions. Like a dating app for research, it lets you browse what others are working on, post your own in-progress ideas, and reach out to potential collaborators with a single tap.

What you can do:

• Explore research ideas, datasets, analysis methods, and applied problems posted by researchers across disciplines.
• Post your own ideas in four structured categories: Research Questions, Datasets, Analysis Methods, and Applied Problems — with keywords for discoverability.
• Save ideas you're interested in and revisit them later.
• Chat directly with researchers inside the app — no more lost emails or awkward conference DMs.
• Build your profile with your institution, discipline, and research interests so others can find you.

Who it's for: ResearchRendezvous is designed for researchers in the social and organizational sciences, but is open to academics at any stage — from PhD students to senior faculty — at any institution.
