Create a morning session where you track your sleep and morning meds, a walk session where you track steps and how you felt, or anything else you can think of. Mix and match notes, symptoms, meds, ratings, factors, and more. Customize colors, emojis, and numeric ranges. Batch Log Medications: Use "Accept All Defaults" to log your standard medication protocol in a single tap, rather than tapping through every single item individually. You can also backfill specific date ranges if you need to catch up on past logs. Data Privacy & Free Exports: Your health data is stored entirely locally and never shared with external servers or LLMs. You can export your raw data via CSV or SQLite at any time for free, or set up optional automatic backups to your own private cloud storage.
