How LLLock works Choose the apps you want to block – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or any other app. Set your timeout screen – how long each app stays unlocked after a quiz. Then pick your notecards and the number of words per quiz. That's it.

Whenever you try to open a blocked app, the vocabulary quiz appears. Solve it – and the app unlocks. Then the cycle starts again.
