Scrollpamine: App Lock Quiz

Scrollpamine locks the apps you choose and unlocks them with a quiz.

You pick the apps. You set the interval. You load the cards. When your time runs out, the app locks. Open Scrollpamine, answer correctly, and you are back in.

WHAT IT DOES

• Locks any app you select: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, anything.
• Intervals are fixed or random, down to the second.
• You decide how many correct answers it takes to unlock.

YOUR CARDS

• Import decks from Anki (.apkg), CSV, or Markdown.
• Multiple choice and flashcards, with images.
• Spaced repetition decides which card shows next, so you review each card right before you would forget it.
