FOCUS TOGETHER Pair up with a friend using a simple code. Start synchronized focus sessions where both partners follow the same Pomodoro cycle. See when your partner is active and stay motivated knowing someone is working alongside you.

BLOCK DISTRACTIONS Select the apps that pull you off task and PomoDuo will block them during focus sessions using Screen Time. A custom shield shows your partner's name and an encouraging message, reminding you why you started. Blocks are removed automatically when the session ends — even if you close the app.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS See your daily focus minutes, session count, and streaks at a glance with the home screen widget. Review your history to understand your patterns and build consistency over time.

STAY IN THE ZONE Live Activities keep your timer visible on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen so you always know how much time is left without opening the app. Local notifications let you know when it's time to take a break or get back to work.
