Me & Them includes a set of guided tools drawn from gestalt therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), family constellation, and shadow work - adapted into small, accessible practices you can do on your own. Through Dialogue, Constellations, Body scans, and Reflections, you'll gradually learn to hold multiple perspectives and see yourself and others more clearly.

The exercises are free for the first 30 days. After that, an auto-renewing monthly subscription unlocks continued access to the exercises, along with encryption and browser access at www.me-and-them.com for longer entries. Cancel anytime.

This makes Me & Them a natural companion for anyone already in therapy. The work doesn't stop between sessions, and now you have somewhere to take it.

Me & Them draws on techniques from IFS, family constellation, gestalt therapy, and shadow work, adapted for independent use. This is not therapy, but it can be a meaningful complement to it.

Without a subscription, your journal remains fully accessible. You can continue writing, tracking your mood, and using all the free features for as long as you like.

Free accounts with no activity are deleted after 6 months. You will receive a reminder by email before this happens. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the app's settings.
