Summaries shaped around your work Get the important points, decisions, and context in a readable summary. Add a custom prompt in Profile to guide how VoiceNote summarizes new recordings for your workflow.

Action items that move work forward VoiceNote extracts follow-ups from your recordings and collects them in the Tasks tab. Review tasks, add or adjust due dates, and export open items to Apple Reminders or Microsoft To Do.
