Kuromaku Fit-Trak is a clean, no-nonsense workout tracker for people who want to log daily exercise without the clutter. No accounts. No social feed. No subscription. Just you, your workouts, and a calendar that shows you whether you're showing up.
THREE EXERCISE CATEGORIES
Strength Training — Push-ups, rows, shoulder press, delts, biceps, triceps, squats, lunges, planks, deadlifts. Track sets, weight, and reps separately.
Cardio — Walking, running, cycling, swimming, rowing, heavy bag, jump rope, battle ropes, box jumps, steps. Log by minutes or set checkboxes depending on the exercise.
Stretching — Standing splits, side stretches, front stretches, trunk turns, snake stretch, hip flexor, hamstring, shoulder stretch. Up to 8 sets per stretch.
DAILY SCORING
Every day earns points across five categories: strength, intense cardio, easy cardio, stretching, and water. Hit enough points and your day turns Silver, Gold, or Platinum on the calendar. The harder you work, the deeper the color.
THREE CALENDAR PALETTES
Pick the look that fits you in Settings → Appearance:
- Steel Blue — clean monochrome
- Blue + Gold — classic contrast
- Warm Maroon — Kuromaku's signature
CIRCULAR WORKOUT TIMER
Built-in countdown timer with six presets from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Watch the ring deplete, hear voice callouts at each minute remaining, and get a triple-tone alert when time's up. Works in the background and over other audio.
WATER TRACKER
Tap up to 8 cup icons to log glasses through the day. Per-glass timestamps are saved automatically. Water counts toward your daily score.
MONTHLY SUMMARY
Workout days, strength count, cardio count, stretching count, and total water glasses for the month — all on the calendar screen.
EXERCISE NOTES
Add a quick note to any exercise — "felt strong" or "bump weight next time." Notes show on past workouts and export with your data.
CUSTOM NAMES
Rename any exercise to match what you actually call it. Your history stays intact.
SMART REMINDERS
Toggle on daily reminders in Settings. Up to three random reminders between 9 AM and 7 PM. They auto-stop once you log a workout.
EXPORT YOUR DATA
One-tap CSV export with 18 columns covering every exercise, every set, water intake, and timestamps. Open it in Excel, Numbers, or anywhere else.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
All data lives on your device. No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no tracking. Open the app and start logging.
