A parent has to give consent before adding a child's profile. Storynite is ad-free, and it checks both what you type and the finished story to make sure they're right for kids.

Storynite Premium is billed monthly or yearly. New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial that includes 7 stories, one a night. Premium includes 30 stories a month with 3 illustrations each, up to 5 child profiles, and PDF and ePub export. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

This is a fun little app that lets you add your own children into the story. The options for personalizing it are awesome and the stories are fun. The images sometimes come out a little funny when you think about it (like a story walking to a lighthouse and the image shows a lighthouse on an island, you can’t walk to that) but they are still really cozy looking and fun for the little ones. Best of all they are consistent. Once your child’s character is created it actually stays looking the same. There’s a whimsical fun quality to the stories that we love. Overall highly recommended!
