Afterwards, DECISIO extracts what matters: the decisions, the commitments, who owns each one, and the risks nobody wrote down. You confirm what's right. It becomes a permanent, searchable record.

Then the part no other meeting app does: it tells you whether you followed through.

FOLLOW-THROUGH

Most meeting tools stop at the summary. DECISIO tracks your commitments to their deadline and shows you an honest number — on time, late, or missed.

It's built not to flatter you. The original due date is set once, so rescheduling can't inflate the score. It counts only deadlines you confirmed yourself, never dates the AI guessed from meeting talk. And when there isn't enough history to be meaningful, it says so instead of showing a number.

It's on your Home Screen too. A widget shows what came due and how much of it you delivered — so the number you're accountable to is the one you see, not one three taps in.

PRIVACY

Recording and transcription happen on your device. Short meetings are analyzed entirely on-device on supported hardware, with nothing sent anywhere. Longer transcripts are sent as text to our analysis service, which holds them for the request only and never stores them. You can supply your own API key instead if you'd rather not use ours.

Your meetings sync through your own iCloud account. We don't have access to them.

RECORDING RESPONSIBLY

Consent laws vary by jurisdiction and you are responsible for complying with yours. DECISIO includes a spoken disclosure you can play before recording starts, and records how consent was obtained for each session.
