The app makes it quick to register exercises, sets, reps, and weight, and gives you a clear overview of your progress over time. You can log bodyweight and per-side weight when needed, choose workout dates, edit previous workouts, and use both manual input and step-by-step adjustments. The app supports both KG and LBS, as well as Norwegian and English. On the statistics page, you can choose exercise, time period, and metric to view your progress in clear charts. MyGymLog is designed so you can log efficiently during training while still keeping a tidy history when you want to analyze progress later.
