Froolt operates on a prepaid subscription system. Users select a plan and receive scheduled deliveries from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is reserved as a system-wide reset day to maintain operational precision and freshness standards.

Plans are structured for weekly, monthly, or extended durations based on availability.

All payments are processed securely through integrated payment gateways supporting UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

There is no wallet loading or peer-to-peer transfer functionality within the app.

Transparent Delivery Structure

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a non-delivery reset day built into the subscription structure.

Delivery schedules and service areas are subject to operational availability.

Subscription & Billing Information

Some plans may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

If auto-renewal is applicable: • Payment will be charged to your selected payment method at confirmation. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. • You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account settings within the app.

Refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are handled as per our published policy.
