Even with correct given flight information it doesn’t show you your flight. Basically useless & it also malfunctions in translating everything from Chinese.

The foreign language version developed by such a large central enterprise actually only supports the three basic functions of ticketing and checking dynamics! Foreign colleagues said that they lost a lot of functions and benefits specially provided by the Chinese version. Can the grass team develop the app well? By the way, I suggest that you don't always plan to cancel flights and disrupt the booked itinerary, and the compensation is not good, and it's getting worse and worse.
