Welcome to Shepherds Staff, an app designed to help church leaders manage their congregation. This app is a tool in the hand of church leaders to help with the shepherding of your congregation. The purpose of this app is to unify and inform the mission of church leadership. It helps leaders (Pastors, Elders, and Deacons) to catch church members who are falling through the cracks and forms a unified front with opportunity for communication and event tracking. Always be on top of upcoming birthdays, anniversaries, and custom dates. Know who may be needing encouragement at a glance with sorting by contacted date. Leadership can always find the contact info for every member, when one leader makes an update, it is available for all. Member photos help you to connect faces and names and creates a great list to pray through.

SUBSCRIPTION & PRICING: Shepherds Staff is available as a FREE app with premium subscription plans for higher capacity:

• Free: Up to 3 leaders and 30 members
• Small Plan ($4.99/month): Up to 5 leaders and 150 members
• Medium Plan ($9.99/month): Up to 10 leaders and 300 members
• Large Plan ($29.99/month): Up to 30 leaders and 1,000 members
• Mega Plan ($79.99/month): Up to 100 leaders and 5,000 members

All core features (member tracking, event tracking, birthday/anniversary notifications, contact management, team communication, and member photos) are available on all tiers. The difference is the number of leaders you can invite and the total number of members you can manage.
