My Oikos also integrates with Apple Health, so all your health data lives in one place.

Track your readings over time with a clear vitals dashboard, set medication reminders to stay on schedule, and message your care team securely when you have questions. When it's time for a check-in, join a video visit directly from the app. If a reading falls outside your normal range, your care team is notified in real time through the Oikos platform — so they can step in early, before a small change becomes a bigger problem.

To get started, all you need is an enrollment code from your healthcare provider. Sign up, complete your consent, pair your devices, and you're ready to go. My Oikos is HIPAA-compliant, and your data is encrypted end to end.
