User Reviews

Users praise Oxiline as a useful health-tracking app with multi-metric support, but repeatedly complain that recent updates removed or limited key features, leaving only weight charts and breaking Apple Health sync. Widespread issues include unreliable Bluetooth connectivity, data inaccuracies, and failure to consistently capture or export measurements. Hardware reliability and shipping delays add to frustration, and some users want multi-user profiles and clearer explanations of how metrics feed summaries. Overall, the app shows potential for centralized health tracking, but its current reliability and feature gaps significantly degrade user experience.
Pros
  • Useful for tracking health data over time and reviewing history.
  • Supports multiple metrics and devices (scale, body composition, BP monitor, pulse oximeter) in a single app.
  • Generally helpful for keeping track of measurements and progress.
  • When functioning, provides valuable health information from measurements.
Cons
  • Removal/limitation of body composition charts; only weight is charted and other metrics are not displayed.
  • Data accuracy and inconsistency across measurements (wide variations, overnight changes).
  • Poor connectivity and syncing issues (unreliable Bluetooth, needs the app to be open, occasional extra apps required).
  • Apple Health sync broken or removed in updates.
  • Lack of multi-user profiles and data sharing; difficulties with multiple users and profiles.

This app has been a disaster for many months. Bite the bullet. Fire your software people and hire some who know what they are doing. Why continue to insult the quality of your equipment with an incredibly inept app?????

I have the blood glucose system. This latest update seemed to solve the issue where for nearly a month the app wasn’t updating any of the readings from the glucose device. Everything backlogged finally showed up. But now it’s back to the problem I had a YEAR AGO where the app is posting up to FIVE duplicate readings to Apple Health. And, there’s no longer a report function which I would send to my doctor. This app is such a mess. The updated UI is bulky and unnecessary. I wish I could roll it back to what I had in January. Then at least it was stable, simple and allowed you to pull a report.
