Future Document is licensed enterprise software for documents, accounting, inventory, and supply chain—built for teams that need one secure workspace on iPhone and iPad, in sync with the web panel.

A valid license code is required to create an account. Guest browsing is limited; full features unlock after you sign in to your licensed organization. Look up a license in the app if you need to confirm status before you register.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT Upload, organize, preview, and share files from the field. Create folders, attach tags and metadata, review version history, and keep recent documents on your Home dashboard with storage usage at a glance. Work with PDFs, images, office documents, and other common business files. Search by file name, tags, metadata, or text extracted from scans, then filter by type, status, folder, date, or size.

OCR AND AI ASSISTANT Capture paperwork with the camera or upload images and PDFs. Optical character recognition extracts text with a confidence score, classification, tags, and optional human-in-the-loop approval when results need a second look. Sensitive values such as national ID or IBAN can be flagged so sharing stays careful.

Ask the Document Assistant questions about files already in your workspace. Answers cite source documents and pages. AI and OCR processing is optional: you choose what is sent, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings. Your content is not used to train public models.

ACCOUNTING Manage invoices, chart of accounts, and approval workflows on the go. Create invoices, open account details, and scan invoice images with OCR to speed data entry. Track pending approvals so finance work does not wait until you are back at a desk.

INVENTORY Maintain products and bills of materials, record stock entries and movements, and watch critical / low-stock alerts on the dashboard. Raise purchase requests, attach shipment documents, and trace items with serial numbers and lot tracking.

SUPPLY CHAIN (SCM) Run operations beyond the warehouse from the same app:

• Warehouses, goods receipt, and stock transfers • Suppliers, RFQs, and purchase orders • Production plans, manufacturing orders, finished goods, and packaging • Quality plans, inspections, and non-conformance records • Customers, price lists, sales orders, and fulfillment • Export orders, international shipments, containers, freight forwarders, customs, and overseas warehouses • Returns, RMA, warranty, and service orders • Approval inbox, notifications, finance links, SCM reports, master data, users, and audit logs

Home also surfaces operational KPIs such as purchase orders, sales orders, pending approvals, and low stock so you can act quickly. Notifications keep you informed of approvals and operational updates.

SECURITY AND ADMINISTRATION Workspaces keep each licensed organization separate. Face ID or Touch ID can lock the app on this device. Verify your license in Settings, manage your profile and notifications, and review privacy, terms, and related legal documents in the app. Administrators can access admin tools according to their role.

LANGUAGES The app is available in English, Turkish, and Arabic, including right-to-left layout where needed.

WHO IT IS FOR Manufacturers, distributors, exporters, and office teams that already use Future Document on the web and need the same files, invoices, stock, and SCM records on mobile—without switching tools.
