Gravity Loyalty is the official rewards app for Gravity Trampoline Park and Gravity Play Park. Sign up, earn points every time you jump, and redeem them for free sessions, snacks, merchandise, and more. Your visits are automatically rewarded.

Earn points every visit

Link your account to the park and earn points for each visit. Your loyalty balance is stored in the app, with separate balances for Gravity Trampoline Park and Gravity Play Park so families can track both. Check your points on the home screen and see how close you are to your next reward.

Your QR code at the counter

When you arrive, open the app and show your personal QR code at the till. Staff scan it to credit your visit and add points to your account. No need to remember a card or number; your phone is your loyalty pass. The code is always available in the app and works for both adult and kids brands.

Rewards you can use

Browse available rewards in the app. When you have enough points, claim a reward and use it on your next visit. Rewards may include free jump time, food and drink, or park merchandise, depending on what your park offers. Track your progress and see what you can unlock next.

Packages, activities, and info in one place

Find everything you need for your visit in the Packages section: activity rules, catering menu, party and function options, corporate teambuilding, and group bookings. Open the full rules and pricing on the park website from inside the app, and view the catering menu and party details without leaving the app.

Your account, your way

Create an account with email or sign in with Apple or Google. Manage your profile, update your details, and choose how you want to hear from the park (notifications and promotional emails). Your data is used to run the loyalty programme and improve your experience.

Safe and simple

The app is built for quick use at the park: load your QR code, check your balance, and browse rewards. Account and points are tied to your login so your progress is secure and consistent across devices.
