No one wants to think about losing everything. But if it happens, the last thing you need is to be standing in a parking lot trying to remember what was in your kitchen cabinets.

The fancier features — receipt scanning, smart descriptions, room analysis — run on technology that costs actual money to operate. If we add optional upgrades down the road, know that two people in Oregon are staring at a cloud computing bill and doing math on a napkin. If something breaks, report it. We read every single one.
