Lumber Cutting Calculator (Cut List Optimizer) This app helps minimize waste by efficiently cutting wood or boards.

1. Line Cut

• Enter the specifications of the lumber you will use at the top. Example: 2x2 3000 (mm) 2x4 3600 (mm)

• Select the lumber spec defined above, then enter the required length and quantity. Example: 2x2(3000) 1200(mm) 3ea 2x4(3600) 1500(mm) 5ea

• Enter the blade thickness (kerf) and click the "Calculate" button to check the required total quantity.

1. Sheet Cut

• Enter the size of the plate. Example: 2440x1220

• Select the registered plate and enter the required length, width, and quantity of the member. Example: 2440x1220 1500x1200(mm) 5ea 2440x1220 1100x600(mm) 7ea

• Enter the cutting width (cuff) and click the "Calculate" button to check the required quantity of plates.
