HOW IT RUNS

You write a card: the person you decided to be, in your own words, in your own image. At the time you set, your screen locks and the apps you reach for first — social, games, streaming — stay shielded. The only way through is to type or say the line you wrote to yourself. Finish it, and the shield lifts. Until then, none of them open.

Reading an intention changes nothing. Writing it back, every day, is the part that works.

NO BYPASS. NO SKIP.

A reminder you can dismiss. A timer you can wait out. This you cannot. Skip the ritual and the feed stays locked — there is no snooze, no skip, no negotiating with the system. It holds the line your willpower won't.
