Cabin holds each stage between the charge and your client's approval. We don't release it early, and we don't release it without them.

A tradesperson booked through Cabin pays no platform fee and takes no deduction from their rate. You keep what you agreed, less CIS. Every agency and umbrella in the country takes a cut of your day. We don't.

Running your own project? The same 2% a builder pays, on the same terms. Drawing your earnings the same day instead of waiting for the standard schedule costs 1%.

CIS, HANDLED PROPERLY

Cabin Technologies Ltd is the contractor of record. We deduct at source on labour, generate the deduction statement, and keep the monthly record ready for filing. Materials are excluded, as they should be.

No spreadsheets at the end of the month. No chasing statements from a builder who's moved on to the next job.
