Using step data from Apple Health and Apple’s Screen Time technology, Stride restricts selected apps until you complete your movement goal for the day.

Instead of relying on willpower alone, Stride creates a simple structure: move first, then unlock your apps.

How It Works

Stride uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs to apply app restrictions and Apple Health step data to track progress toward your goal.

Stride requires these permissions to function properly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
