Every breakup app I tried before this just threw CBT worksheets at me like I'm supposed to think my way out of a panic attack at 3am. Healr is the first thing that actually made me feel calmer before asking me to reflect. The voice journaling is so much easier than typing because on my worst days I can barely hold my phone steady let alone write paragraphs. And the little garden growing as I use it is weirdly motivating? Like I don't want to let it die lol. after i was ghosted i literally could not eat or sleep for weeks, friends were over it after like 10 days.
