Really good interactive way to train daily. Helps me keep track of where I have been and where I’m going with my lifting!

Finally found a program that maximizes performance, while remaining realistic and flexible to a busy schedule. In the past, other programs I’ve tried didn’t account for the days that I didn’t sleep well or was sick, or if I had to take a couple of days off because of other obligations. This program is always there and ready to challenge me regardless of what is going on outside of the gym. I’ve also enjoyed the guided freedom of choosing my own exercises for certain movements to fit my personal training goals, while still focusing on objective strength. Other programs usually have a rigid movement involved that I had to substitute with something else, but this one let me make it my own, while still hitting the same training goals. 10+ stars!

This app will get you on track and keep you there. There are options for pre built workouts if you don’t want to create your own program as well as a custom option if you know exactly what you wanna do already. There’s great data and progress tracking as well as bodyweight and measurement tracking.
