User Reviews

As a woman who has had children, i’ve always known that Kegel exercises are important in strengthening the muscles that support the uterus, bladder and bowels. However, I often forget to do them consistently until I started using the Pulse Kegel app. The app has made pelvic floor exercises much easier to incorporate in my daily routine. The guided sessions help me stay on track and build a regular habit. I especially like how simple and user-friendly the app is. The workouts are short, easy to follow and fit well into a busy day. The progress tracking is also encouraging because it helps me see how consistent I’ve been over time. The app does exactly what it promises. If you’re looking for a straightforward way to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and stay accountable, I would definitely recommend giving Pulse Kegel a try.

Full disclosure: I’m the creator of this app. That said, I’ve been using PulseKegel consistently for 10 weeks, and I think the only question that matters is… does it work? Yes. It does exactly what it promises. The whole point was to create something simple that removes the guesswork. You open the app, tap start, follow the visual, audio and/or haptics, and you’re done in a few minutes. No fluff, no overthinking. Then you get on with your day. What surprised me most was the progression. At the start, I had very little control—it felt like an on/off switch. Within a couple of weeks, I noticed more awareness and control. Now, after 10 weeks, I can do slow, controlled contractions (“elevator” style), engaging the full muscle without tightening everything else or holding my breath. I’ve also noticed real improvements in areas most guys don’t talk about—both in the bedroom and the bathroom. If you’re curious, try the 7-day challenge. It’s quick, private, and there’s no complicated setup. If it’s not for you, delete it. No friction. Bottom line: it’s simple, focused, and it works. And honestly, more men should be paying attention to this.
