THE 60-SECOND TOLL

Choose the distracting apps you want FlipLock to block. When you try to open one:

1. FLIP your phone face-down.
2. COVER the camera area with a book or another flat object.
3. HOLD the Double Seal for 60 seconds.

Complete the seal to receive 15 minutes of access to that specific app. Break the seal and the countdown resets. You can still open the app, but the choice is no longer automatic.
