My Life Pilot is one warm, beautifully drawn app for everything that keeps your life on course — food, fitness, health, documents, family, tasks — run by a crew of AI birds who actually get things done.

MEET THE CREW Maria, your pilot, opens every conversation and handles the day-to-day. Coach Tony, the whistle-wearing trainer, takes over the moment the talk turns to training or nutrition. Mac, the first officer in the captain's cap, keeps the books — documents, warranties, home inventory, family records. Ask anything; the right bird flies in and answers.

TALK, AND IT'S HANDLED Type or just talk — real-time voice conversations where you can interrupt mid-sentence. Brain-dump your day and Maria turns it into tasks, reminders and calendar events. Every change she proposes is staged for your approval before it happens. You're always the captain.

THE GALLEY (FOOD) Log meals in seconds: describe them in plain words, snap a photo of your plate, or scan a barcode. Calories and macros — protein, carbs, fat and fiber — fill themselves in, with a budget dial showing where each meal lands against today's goal. Saved meals, quick-add favorites and water tracking round it out.

SORTIES (WORKOUTS) Every workout is a sortie. Coach Tony builds your training plan from your goals and equipment; review it like a boarding pass, leg by leg, and board it. The player guides every set and rest, your Apple Watch tracks heart rate, and when you land you get a Flight Debrief comparing planned vs. flown — plus a collectible Flight Record ticket for every session.

ONE GOAL, IN YOUR OWN WORDS Tell Tony your goal in a sentence — he turns it into daily targets, pitches them for your approval, and re-tunes them from your data as you go. Track weight and full body composition: snap your smart-scale app and every metric fills itself in.

FASTING & HEALTH Fasting timers with named stages from Digesting to Autophagy, a Live Activity on your Lock Screen, and a live calorie deficit that updates as you move and eat. Syncs with Apple Health and Oura Ring.

THE VAULT (PAPERWORK) Hand Mac your receipts, records, IDs and manuals. He reads them, names them, files them into folders, and tracks warranties and expirations. Home inventory and family records — birthdays, Gotcha Days, vet visits, vaccinations, medications — live here too.

EARN YOUR WINGS Everything you log earns Wings. Climb the ranks from Cadet to Ace, collect medals, stamp your Passport on days you land every stop, and unlock Hangar flair for Maria — even pick your callsign.

EVERY MORNING, A PILOT'S LOG An 8 AM briefing of today's flight: reminders, workouts, expirations, birthdays, Google Calendar events. Alerts land in one calm Control Tower. You can even text Life Pilot from Messages.
