MY TRIAD is a clinician-created training and recovery awareness app built to help athletes recognize workload patterns, readiness trends, and recovery status in one place.

After creating an Athlete ID and completing a brief onboarding process, users enter basic profile and training information such as age, height, weight, training volume, and optional menstrual cycle details. The app analyzes logged training and wellness inputs — including session effort, duration, mood, fatigue, and soreness — and translates them into a clear picture of internal readiness. Rather than focusing only on external workload, MY TRIAD highlights how training stress and reported wellness patterns interact over time to influence performance capacity.

For women, MY TRIAD provides cycle-aware performance context. Based on logged cycle data, the app helps users understand how different phases may influence energy, recovery, and training tolerance — and offers educational guidance on what to consider next.

For men, MY TRIAD provides physiology-informed performance context, using effort and wellness trends to help users better understand how internal load influences readiness over time.

A simple three-level visual indicator highlights workload and recovery patterns to support informed training awareness.
