Campfire Core

Campfire Core is a mobile companion app designed to help youth group leaders run activities smoothly, track attendance, and coordinate logistics while on the go.

The app focuses on the core tools leaders need during real-world activities. A block-based activity editor allows leaders to view, follow, and make quick adjustments to structured activity outlines built from flexible blocks. Blocks can be reordered or edited as plans evolve, and activities are presented in a clean, familiar format that is easy to use in the field.

Activity execution is connected to logistics and supplies. Materials associated with an activity are clearly listed, helping leaders understand what is needed and stay organized during preparation and execution.

Campfire Core also streamlines attendance tracking. Attendance can be recorded quickly, and participation data is organized automatically so leaders can understand trends over time without relying on spreadsheets or manual tracking.

A shared activity library allows leaders to access, copy, and adapt activities created by others, turning individual work into a shared resource. AI-assisted tools support brainstorming and refinement while keeping leaders fully in control of their content.

Campfire Core works alongside the Campfire web platform, where advanced setup and administrative configuration are handled. The mobile app is optimized for quick access, collaboration, and real-time use before, during, and after activities.
