Whether you are heading to work, medical appointments, or social outings, our app makes it easy to manage your mobility. The Valley Metro Connect app can be used to access Paratransit, Ride Choice, and Deviated Fixed Route services.

Service Hours

Deviated fixed route is a service available to all members of the public. Additional service information and schedules can be found on Valley Metro's website under "Rural Bus Route"

Paratransit is a shared ride service available to ADA-eligible passengers within Valley Metro's fixed route service area. Passengers must pre-register through Valley Metro's eligibility process and contact Valley Metro in order to take control of their account. To ensure consistent access, our paratransit service hours mirror the fixed-route bus service hours available in your specific service area.

Ride Choice allows access to a network of rideshare transportation providers for qualified passengers in participating communities. Passengers must pre-register through Valley is available at all hours to qualified individuals.
