How in the world does this app almost have 5 stars? This app is horrendous. It never works there’s been so many times where I try to pay by scanning the QR code and it doesn’t work and it happens so damm often, and no it’s not that I don’t have the app updated.

Valley Metro has their own system to add funds, but it’s not connected to the copper card which has its own ledger for funding. This is confusing and ridiculous. They need to combine the two or get rid of one of them. Terrible customer service. Those people were clueless.

Downloaded the app to purchase two 1-day light rail tickets, $4 each. I need to get in at central and Camelback and go to Roosevelt. Then later, take that trip in reverse. Instead of having a simple place to purchase a ticket, the app forced me to plan a route, which I don't need. Then there is no obvious option to upgrade to an all day pass. I assume I would need to "plan" my return. On top of that, there was no obvious way to buy two tickets. Im sure all the planning options are help for some people who don't know where they are going. They need to make a simple purchase option for those of us who simply want to just quickly buy a ticket. Save you time, skip the app, and buy your light rail pass at a kiosk!
