EMDR Flow combines a training simulator for therapists and mental-health professionals—including those currently training in EMDR—with clinician-controlled bilateral stimulation tools.

PRACTICE WITH AI VIRTUAL PATIENTS Rehearse clinical decision-making with fictional cases designed for professional training. Work through target assessment—including image, negative and positive cognition, VOC, emotion, SUD, and body location—and make processing decisions as the case develops.

The AI Coach provides educational feedback on your choices so you can reflect, repeat, and build confidence. It is a training aid, not accredited supervision or a substitute for formal EMDR education.

CLINICIAN-CONTROLLED BILATERAL STIMULATION Configure visual and auditory bilateral stimulation from your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Vibration requires a compatible iPhone. Adjust pace, colors, sounds, set length, and pauses while keeping control of the session.

REMOTE SESSIONS WITHOUT A PATIENT APP For clinician-led remote sessions, create and control the session in EMDR Flow on iPhone, iPad or Mac. Your patient can join with a six-character code at emdrflow.app in a web browser, without installing an app, or in EMDR Flow on iPhone, iPad or Mac. You control the stimulation while the patient sees a focused session screen.

EMDR Flow is not intended for self-administered EMDR, diagnosis, emergency care, or replacement of a qualified clinician. The current simulator focuses on target assessment and processing decisions; it does not simulate every phase of a complete EMDR treatment.

FLOW PRO One paid Flow Pro subscription includes full simulator access with Coach and additional visual styles, sounds, and vibration patterns. Basic session controls remain free. Patients joining a remote session do not need a subscription.
