Repeater brings one of watchmaking's most revered complications to Apple Watch and iPhone: the minute repeater. With a simple tap, hear the current time announced through authentic chimes recorded from early 1900s pocket watches and classic mechanical timepieces, or fun sound packs like a kid's bike bell.

THE MINUTE REPEATER Before electric lights made reading watch faces easy, minute repeaters solved a practical problem: telling time in the dark. By pressing a slide on the case, the watch would chime the hours, quarter-hours, and minutes through precisely tuned gongs.

Repeater honors this tradition with a decimal system optimized for modern timekeeping:

Hours chime with a distinct low tone Tens of minutes sound as melodic ding-dong pairs Individual minutes ring with a higher chime

For example, 3:25 plays as: three low chimes (hours), two ding-dong pairs (twenty minutes), then five high chimes (five minutes).

AUTHENTIC AUDIO Unlike synthetic sounds, Repeater uses professionally recorded audio from real mechanical timepieces. Each strike captures the warmth, resonance, and character of genuine watch complications — delicate pocket watch bells to robust wristwatch gongs, to a fun kid's bike bell.

WATCH-FIRST DESIGN Repeater is built primarily for Apple Watch, putting the complication where it belongs: on your wrist. Tap the complication on any watch face to hear the current time. No need to look at the screen — perfect for dark rooms, meetings, or simply appreciating time in a different way.

Configure reminders to appear:
