This app genuinely changed my daily routine in a simple yet powerful way. Sometimes I don’t even realize how much time I spend on my phone especially with socials and brb has made me way more intentional with how I structure my day. Instead of scrolling first thing in the morning, I’m moving, getting outside and actually feeling productive. Im always down to try things that will positively affect my health, career or mental.
