This is an amazing app that’s helps with getting your muscles stretched. I carry a lot of stress in my body especially my shoulders and neck. Plus I walk… a lot. This is great for relieving the tension in my neck and shoulders helps with getting my back and legs stretched! Highly recommend this app.

What I liked most was the body map and muscle atlas feature. t They are unique and interesting. I haven't seen it before. That's a good one for body awareness
