A new project created by the client, based on the selected service and location, is automatically sent to the service provider and appears on their “Offers” page. The provider can decide by selecting one of three options: “Accept,” “Reject,” or “Change Conditions.” Once an agreement is reached, both parties gain access to each other’s contact information.
