HamFinder is a simple daily utility for U.S. amateur radio operators. Look up a callsign, read its public FCC license details, and keep useful operator profiles close at hand.

Search and profiles

• Look up U.S. callsigns using CALLOOK.
• View the operator name, license class, grid square, mailing address, and license dates when available.
• Open the public FCC record or QRZ profile.
• Copy a callsign, share a profile summary, or open the location in Apple Maps.

Your contacts

• Save operator profiles for future reference.
• Add private notes and tags directly on an operator profile.
• Search saved contacts by callsign, name, notes, or tags.
• See saved FCC mailing locations on a contact map.

iOS conveniences

• Find saved contacts through Spotlight.
• Use the Open Callsign and Operator Name actions in Shortcuts.
• Add a configurable Quick Callsign Home Screen widget for one-tap lookup.
• Enjoy a clear search bar in both light and dark mode.

Saved profiles and notes remain on your device. A network connection is needed for new lookups, address resolution, and map imagery. No account, radio hardware, subscription, or in-app purchase is required.
