Today is Aug 1 - was able to schedule a reservation with somewhat ease. I Like that you are given several times to choose from HOWEVER you CANNOT make another reservation until you RATE THE LAST RIDE the APP wants you to rate the last driver I do NOT want to rate every single element of my rides unless I choose to and it should NOT BE MANDATORY before you can book another reservation ! Today Thursday - Finally received link to reset password , was successful in opening APP & signing in HOWEVER the APP does NOT allow me to book a trip for tomorrow Friday or Monday??? These days are time limits within the APPs guidelines So had to call VIA reservations to schedule trip. APP STILL DOES NOT WORK I will gladly return & amend my rating if & when progress in fixing APP is made. I’ve downloaded this app, I’ve updated my information and I’ve tried to sign in 3 times and I am unable to do so because it says credentials are invalid. Contacted VIA customer service as the website says but they don’t know what to do except refer you to the VIAtrans reservation number and then they refer you back to customer service I’ve called them 4 times and nowhere closer to working APP. I’ve tried to RESET the password 3 times and am STILL waiting to receive a link to reset the password. Yes the APP is new don’t make excuses FIX IT IF AND WHEN this APP is fixed and working then I will gladly re-evaluate and update rating
