Some days it’s take me to work on time but most it won’t take me on time but much later and most drivers just follow the stupid app’s instruction which the app doesn’t take time into consideration instead it mostly focuses on who closer and how much it can fit

This app doesn’t even work, no matter what day and time i try to schedule a ride (yes, within the service zones&times) it doesn’t work. ALSO even if I could get the app to operate, the zones in which operation takes place, are useless to a vast majority of people who live here.

The app is horrible. It constantly kicks you out and it’s hard to log back in. Although the drivers are always amazing and the cars aren’t dirty, the app really makes it hard to enjoy the rest.
