I get that it’s a public transportation service but when you get rerouted to a new driver for 3 times in a row to the point where you have to wait MUCH LONGER to get to your destination it becomes clear that there’s a problem and the system needs to be updated to have a set schedule or in the very least a prioritizing system instead of wasting everyone’s time

They development team should be fired immediately how you gonna give someone a time frame an still be late or reroute (there team is so bad that I was by a link and placed a request an what you know it gave me someone else when a driver was basically in front of me) don’t waste your time
