Once approved, they receive assigned visit plans, schedules, tasks, and event details directly on their mobile device. The app supports attendance marking, visit updates, event logging, and structured reporting to ensure accurate documentation of field activities.

During outreach activities, users can capture visit-related information, add notes, and report on-ground observations or challenges. This helps ensure timely communication, proper follow-up, and transparent reporting throughout the program lifecycle.

A centralized management system (available via a separate web platform) is used by organizers to plan outreach activities, review submissions, approve reports and allowances, and monitor overall program progress.
