Tandem Cycle || Manasquan, NJ Established in 2015, Tandem Cycle is our Flagship studio. Our cycling classes offer a cardiovascular and strength training experience incorporating light weights, choreography, and core work on the bike. In our classes, our riders sculpt and sweat while listening to inspiring instructors, motivating playlists, and maximizing caloric burn.

Tandem Movement || Asbury Park, NJ Our Movement studio offers sculpt, strength + conditioning, dance cardio, and yoga experiences. Our controlled environment features custom infrared heat panels and Bala fitness equipment to facilitate optimal results. We offer both hot + warm class types to accommodate whatever environment you crave.

Tandem Movement is an infrared-heated boutique fitness studio located one block from the beach in the luxury SURFHOUSE residences. Tandem Movement is a transformative full-body workout founded in the precision of sculpt, the power of strength, the energy of dance cardio and the presence of yoga. Through low-impact, beat driven cardio and sculpting work on the mat, Tandem Movement inspires confidence, builds muscle and fosters connection in a supportive, energizing community.
