Welcome to BODYBY JC — a new group fitness studio located in Downtown Jersey City, focused on Strength Training, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and private 1:1 training sessions. BODYBY was created for people who want a smarter, more sustainable approach to fitness without needing three different memberships to support a full-body routine.

Use the BODYBY app to manage your account, reserve classes, save your favorite spots, and stay consistent with your routine. Showing up, again and again, is how strength is built and we’ve seen that transformation firsthand.

Whether you’re new to movement or experienced and ready to train with more intention, BODYBY is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward. Our classes are built around consistency, education, and progress over time. We move to the beat of the music, focus on proper form, and believe that small, intentional changes add up to meaningful results

Strength Training classes emphasize progressive overload to help you build muscle, improve technique, and feel powerful in your body. Mat Pilates blends low weights and high repetitions to strengthen your core, improve control, and build endurance. Yoga classes support mobility, balance, and recovery offering a full 60-minute, non-heated flow that still challenges the body.
