Tracking, calendar, your CoMiSS score, the guides and the community are free. CMPA Pro only adds the AI coach, the PDF report for your pediatrician and the guided diet.

CMPA Baby is a tracking and learning app for parents of babies with cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA). You log what your baby eats and how they react, and you get an organized picture of each day to bring to your pediatrician. It is not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care.

The app is free to use. Creating an account, tracking, the calendar, your CoMiSS score, the guides and the community do not require a subscription.

FREE, NO SUBSCRIPTION

CMPA PRO, OPTIONAL Three features, and only these three, need a subscription:

• AI Coach. Ask questions and get answers that cite published medical sources and take your baby's log into account. General information, not medical advice.
• Pediatrician report (PDF). Meals, symptoms, CoMiSS assessments, diet progress and notes, for the date range you choose.
• Guided elimination diet. Setup, scheduled check-ins scored with CoMiSS, and a closing summary that follows published clinical guidance and reads the trial as probable, unlikely or inconclusive, or flags that it needs medical review. It is an orientation to take to your pediatrician, never a diagnosis. The reminders, one daily to log, one for the weekly check-in and one when the period ends, are part of this.

Everything else stays free, before and after.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS CMPA Pro costs USD 8.99 per month, USD 24.99 per year, or USD 39.99 once for lifetime access. Prices may vary by country. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within those last 24 hours. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

WHO IT IS FOR Parents and caregivers of babies who have been diagnosed with CMPA, who are on an elimination diet, or who are trying to make sense of symptoms and walk into the next appointment with an organized record.

IMPORTANT CMPA Baby does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it does not replace your pediatrician. CoMiSS is a clinical screening tool for symptoms related to cow's milk, not a diagnosis. Talk to a health professional before changing your baby's diet or your own. If your baby has trouble breathing, swelling of the lips, tongue or throat, vomiting that will not stop, or is unusually unresponsive, call your local emergency number right away. Blood in the stool is not an emergency on its own, but call your pediatrician the same day.
