The game was good but I found a glitch where I can’t upgrade my drop rate so the best I can get is tear three parts

In the arena or alliance wars, there’s some wonky power discrepancies in the current version that have made it difficult to progress. Even when your character has 1 or more billion power advantage over your opponent, you can still lose. The app is also freezing/crashing when trying to progress with the sector boss challenges. I’m stuck on sector 30-10 and when trying to fight the boss, the app freezes when there’s ~43 seconds remaining.
